Rigid spray PUF (Polyurethane Foam) is a closed-cell system that delivers waterproofing and thermal insulation in a single application. The foam is sprayed directly onto the substrate, expands to fill irregularities, and cures to form a seamless, monolithic barrier.
Why Rigid PUF
Seamless application: no joints, no laps, no weak points. Closed-cell structure: zero water absorption. Thermal insulation: R-value of ~6.5 per inch. Adhesive bond: no mechanical fasteners required. Conforms to complex profiles and irregular surfaces.

Our Equipment
High-pressure plural-component spray rigs with heated hose lines. Temperature-controlled application ensures correct foam density and cell structure regardless of ambient conditions.
Execution
Surface cleaning, primer where required, spray application in controlled passes (25-30mm per pass), protective coating or screed overlay. Every batch is tested for density and adhesion before proceeding.
