FM2 Flooring
Flatness-certified industrial floors for high-bay warehouses and logistics facilities, the gold standard in defined-movement flooring.
FM2 is a floor flatness classification under TR34 standards. It defines the maximum permitted deviation in floor surface regularity, the tightest commercial specification for warehouse and logistics flooring.
Most contractors don’t certify. We do.
Why FM2 Matters
Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking systems require floor flatness within FM2 tolerances. If the floor deviates, automated guided vehicles mistrack, racking loads shift, and warehouse operations slow down or stop.
FM2 isn’t a marketing claim. It’s a measurable specification, verified post-construction with a digital floor profiler.
Our Execution Method
We use laser screed technology to place and level concrete to defined tolerances in a single pass. This eliminates the inconsistency of manual screeding and delivers repeatable flatness across large floor plates.
Process: site survey, joint layout design, concrete mix specification, laser screed placement, power trowel finishing, curing, floor profile verification, certification.
Equipment
Somero laser screeds. Ride-on power trowels. Digital floor profilers for post-pour verification. We own the equipment. No third-party dependency.
