Epoxy & Resin Flooring
High-performance epoxy, polyurethane, and MMA resin systems for pharma, food processing, and cleanroom environments.
Epoxy and resin floors are specified where the operating environment demands chemical resistance, seamless hygiene surfaces, or electrostatic discharge control. These are not decorative coatings. They are engineered floor systems.
Systems We Apply
Self-levelling epoxy: seamless, chemical-resistant floors for pharma and food processing. Epoxy mortar systems: heavy-duty floors for chemical exposure and mechanical load. Polyurethane (PU) floors: flexible, thermal-shock resistant systems for cold storage. ESD (Electrostatic Dissipative) floors: for electronics manufacturing and server rooms. MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) systems: fast-cure floors for facilities that cannot shut down.
Execution Standards
Surface preparation is the most critical stage. We use shot blasting and diamond grinding to achieve the required surface profile before primer application. Every coat is applied within manufacturer-specified recoat windows. Film thickness is verified with wet film gauges during application and dry film gauges post-cure.
Sectors
Pharmaceutical plants. Food and beverage facilities. Automotive assembly. Electronics manufacturing. Chemical processing units. Any environment where the floor is part of the contamination control strategy.
