Spray Applied Waterproofing
Spray PU 2K reactive membranes and liquid-applied systems for complex geometries where sheet membranes cannot reach.
Spray applied systems are reactive two-component (2K) membranes, polyurea or polyurethane, that cure in seconds after application. They form a seamless, elastomeric membrane that bridges cracks and accommodates structural movement.
Why Spray Applied
Seamless: no joints, no laps across the entire treated surface. Fast cure: trafficable within minutes, not days. Elastomeric: accommodates structural movement and crack bridging. Complex geometry: sprays directly onto irregular profiles, penetrations, upstands. High build: achievable in a single pass (1-3mm DFT).
Systems
Spray PU 2K Reactive Membrane: our primary system for podium decks, bridge decks, and plaza waterproofing. Two-component polyurethane sprayed at controlled ratio and temperature.
Polyurea systems: for applications requiring instant cure and return to service. Tunnels, live traffic zones, rapid turnaround projects.
Equipment
Plural-component proportioning units with heated hose lines. Impingement mix spray guns. Application temperature and ratio are monitored continuously. The chemistry doesn’t tolerate deviation.
Where We Apply
Bridge decks. Metro station podiums. Basement top slabs. Plaza decks over parking. Tunnel inverts. Water treatment structures.
