How Spray PUF Works
Polyurethane foam is sprayed as a two-component liquid that expands and cures on contact with the substrate. It fills every gap, void, and irregularity, creating a continuous, monolithic thermal envelope with no joints and no thermal bridges.
Closed-cell spray PUF has the highest R-value per inch of any commercially available insulation material (~6.5 R/inch). It also acts as an air barrier and vapour retarder. Three functions in one application.

Our Equipment
